The cure for restlessness isn’t rest. It’s movement.
Restlessness signals something out of balance. It’s the energy to do something combined with uncertainty. “But, what?”
You can poke around doing a dozen different things. Is this it? Is THIS it? Is this IT?
Or you can sit with the question, “What am I being called to do today?”
The answer might surprise you. It usually does me. It’s rarely the last email that came in, what’s on sale at Anthropologie, or a cracker.
It could be an unfinished conversation, a dangling connection, or an idea that didn’t get its due.
What is it?
Even the tiniest spark helps. Clarity is a gift. And it’s like the breeze. It comes and goes. You can’t hold it forever or make it different. But you can stop, feel it, and let it move you.
